Refund Policy

We know plans can change, and we want to be as clear as possible about how payments and refunds work so there are no surprises.

 

Registration & Enrollment Fees

• These fees help us prepare for your child’s arrival and are non-refundable.

 

Tuition Payments

• Tuition is paid in advance to hold your child’s spot.

• Once paid, tuition is non-refundable, even if your child is absent.

• If you’ve prepaid for future weeks, we’re happy to refund unused time with at least 14 days’ written notice before your child’s last day.

 

Withdrawal

• We ask for two weeks’ written notice if your child will be leaving.

• Tuition for those two weeks is still due, even if your child doesn’t attend during that time.

Missed Days

• Because our space and staffing are reserved just for your child, we can’t refund for missed days due to illness, vacation, or personal reasons.

• If your child has a serious medical situation, please talk to us — we’ll review each case with care.

Closure Communication

•All scheduled closure dates will be provided in advance so families can plan accordingly. In the rare event of an unexpected/emergency closure, families will be notified immediately.

Extended Closures

In the unlikely event that the program experiences an extended closure lasting longer than what licensing considers standard, families will be updated with next steps based on state guidelines.

Special Circumstances

• Refunds outside these conditions will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Snuggle and Sprout Family Childcare.
