Snuggle & Sprout Enrollment Policies
Enrollment & Registration
Enrollment at Snuggle & Sprout is open to children within our licensed age range on a space-available basis. To secure a spot, all required enrollment forms must be completed, signed, and returned along with any applicable fees. Enrollment is confirmed once all documentation and payments are received.
Schedule & Attendance
Families are asked to follow the schedule agreed upon during enrollment. Any changes to attendance (vacations, early pick-ups, or schedule adjustments) should be communicated in advance whenever possible. Consistency helps us maintain staffing and daily routines for all children.
Extended Care Policy
Extended care hours are available by appointment only to ensure proper staffing, meal preparation, and a smooth daily transition.
Families must schedule extended hours using the Calendly link on our website or notify us at least 6 hours in advance if care is needed outside regular hours.
Morning Extended Care is offered from 5:30 AM – 7:00 AM, and Evening Extended Care is offered from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Same-day requests will be accommodated only if space and staff availability allow.
Pick-Up & Drop-Off
For safety, children may only be released to individuals listed on the Authorized Pick-Up Form. Anyone other than the parent or guardian must present a valid photo ID at pick-up. If an ID is not provided, the parent or guardian will be contacted for verification before the child is released.
Health & Wellness
For the well-being of all children, we ask that sick children remain at home until they are symptom-free for 24 hours without medication. Parents must notify the center if their child has been exposed to a contagious illness. Any medication required during care must be authorized and properly labeled.
Tuition & Payments
Tuition is due according to the payment schedule agreed upon at enrollment. Late payments may result in fees or loss of reserved care days. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered in cases of extended illness or family emergencies.
Enrollment Deposit & Initial Tuition
A non-refundable enrollment deposit of 1 weeks tuition is required to secure a childcare spot. A childcare space is not considered reserved until the enrollment deposit is received.
For children starting mid-week, tuition will be prorated for the first week of care. The prorated tuition amount, along with the enrollment deposit, is due prior to the child’s first day of attendance.
The enrollment deposit is not applied to the first week of care and will be credited to the final week of enrollment, provided all tuition and fees are paid in full and the required written notice of withdrawal is given.
If a family withdraws, stops attending, or fails to submit tuition by the required payment deadline, the enrollment deposit will be forfeited to cover services rendered and the reserved childcare space
Withdrawal Policy
We request at least two weeks’ written notice if you plan to withdraw your child from care. This allows us to properly adjust enrollment and offer the space to another family on our waitlist.
